Hypnotic trance is a very pleasant, relaxing feeling similar to daydreaming. You remain in full control of your actions and speech - it's simply an effective way of giving both your unconscious mind and your conscious mind the opportunity to work together to solve the problem.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy combines latest research from Neuroscience, Evolutionary Psychology, Cognitive Theory, Positive Psychology, Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to form a wide range of modern therapeutic techniques.
Because everyone is special in their own way, we will use techniques that are specifically chosen to suit you. Together, our aim will be to improve your issue in the shortest time possible and this means that your problem can often be helped within 4-6 sessions.
Sessions last between 60/75 minutes and it’s likely that we’ll agree upon some homework in between sessions to accelerate your progress. This may include listening daily to an mp3 download or a small task aimed at empowering you in situations that would previously have been an issue.
