The first step is always a free discovery call, held on Zoom or by phone, whichever feels easier for you.
The relationship between us is important. Research consistently shows that the trust and rapport between you and your therapist is one of the biggest ingredients in therapy working well.
That's a big part of what the discovery call is for: giving you the chance to see how it feels to talk to me, with no commitment at all.
And my priority is that you end up with the right support.
If I feel someone else's skills would serve you better, I'll say so honestly and help guide you towards them.

Sessions via Zoom are just as effective as meeting in person, and many clients love the comfort of talking from their own home. All you need is a quiet space and a good connection.
