Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Confident Women's Coaching
If you’re terrified of public speaking, you’re not alone, it’s easily one of the most common fears or phobias that people ask me for help with.
Some people seem to find it naturally easy to stand up in front of a crowd and give a speech or presentation but for others it can be an enormous challenge.
If you need to make a speech of some kind or do a business presentation, an interview or exams and you’d like to be able to deliver a calm, confident and focused performance then Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help you.
I know how fear of failure or fear of being judged negatively by others can hold us back and stop us achieving our full potential.  It is the most common reason that most of my clients struggle.  The more important it is for us to succeed, the more overwhelmed by stress and anxiety people feel.
Sports champions and professional actors regularly use cognitive hypnotherapy to improve their performance because it is now commonly recognised that the mind controls up to 95% of physical performance. If a performer feels under pressure and lacks confidence it is very likely that they won’t be able to give their best performance.
I use cognitive hypnotherapy within my approach because it combines a modern understanding of how the brain works with gentle techniques to train the mind to focus and stay calm, which enables professionals and amateurs to give their best performance.
