We're all born to fail, it's simply part of learning, we don't worry about looking foolish as babies if we fall over while we're learning to sit up, feed ourselves or walk. As we grow up we learn to be fearful of the judgment of others.
Sports champions and professional actors regularly use cognitive hypnotherapy to improve their performance because it is now commonly recognised that the mind controls up to 95% of physical performance. If a performer feels under pressure and lacks confidence it is very likely that they won’t be able to give their best performance.
I use cognitive hypnotherapy within my approach because it combines a modern understanding of how the brain works with gentle techniques to train the mind to focus and stay calm, which enables professionals and amateurs to give their best performance.
