Free Therapy for Anxiety

Hello, I just thought I'd take a break from gardening in the very hot sunshine today, to share a free offer with you. It might be something that interests you or somebody you know, so feel free to share because it's open to anyone who may benefit from it. Since the coronavirus pandemic started I've been busier than usual with people who are experiencing anxiety and I want to offer something that can help even more people. So I've paired up with a colleague who works in a very similar way to me and we're taking a very small group of people on an hour-long walk along the riverbank at Godalming so that they can benefit from some free anxiety therapy while also benefitting from the healing power of nature. The groups are weekly and are for a maximum of 6 people so that everyone gets close access to myself or my colleague but not overwhelmed by a large group.
